Last October 6, no less than a thousand of guests came for the very first auction sale of Réal d’Or Events. The meeting was a huge success for vintage vehicles’ fans, curious people and collectors alike…

A fairy-tale like setting

Punctuated by grapevines, cork oaks and reeds, the Château Réal d’Or became the theater of a quite uncommon auction. As the sale began at 3 p.m., guests were invited to enjoy Saint-Tropez’s caterers finest dishes. Only then, the selling could begin.

An impressive sale

As Toulouse’s auctioneer, Stanislas Machoïr, led the sales, the auction itself was marked by some impressive numbers. The racing Peugeot 504 found its owner at 60 000 euros. Then, France’s football team Adil Rami’s Camaro SS was sold at 42 000. However, it was the F599 GTO which crushed to competition with 52 000.

Furthermore, fifteen “Jéroboams” bottles – tagged by Clovis and autographed by racing’s finest – were sold between 200 and 500 euros. Fernando Alonso’s went at 700, Sebastian Vettel’s at 900… Lewis Hamilton’s will sign the biggest bill with 1 300. Noticed that the majority of this event’s benefits will be redistributed to two associations from Gonfaron.

We thank all of you for your presence and hope we can count on you for our next sale !
